WARRANTY

 All machines, with spare parts, accessories, attachments, and necessary tools are warranted for one year from the date of installation, first commercial use, or 60 days after arrival of the equipment at the buyer’s plant, whichever comes first.        

 

Using the machine for production fabrication prior to final acceptance nullifies all warranty provisions.

 

The warranty extends to all parts, equipment, and programs that have been used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Jesse Engineering will take positive action to correct a warranty problem. The remedy, at the discretion of Jesse Engineering, will include communication/instruction, sending replacement parts for installation by the buyer, using local repairpersons, and/or sending a factory representative.

 

Jesse Engineering reserves the right to modify the specified design or to change components at any time as part of design or component improvements or revisions.
