A valued team member at Jesse Engineering since 1983 including 16 years as President and 15 years as Production Manager completing many fabrication projects for aerospace, marine facilities, bridge/highway, machinery and shipyard projects.

Ben Foster - Estimating and Project Management Manager
Working with Jesse Engineering since 2004 running challenging projects with sophisticated customers in many industries including heavy bridges, military, marine, oil, and aerospace. With a strong background in current manufacturing technologies, Ben leads a project management group composed of industry experts with an emphasis on quality fabrication projects shipped on time and on schedule.

Steve Bell - Production Manager
A valued team member since 1989 with increasing supervision and responsibility at Jesse Engineering as a Fitter/Welder, Shop Foreman, Project Manager, and current Production manager. Primary responsibilities include supervising/ managing material and drawing control, ensuring proper weld procedure application, monitoring welder qualification status, scheduling equipment and personnel resources, managing fabrication schedule, coordinating logistics for fabrication, equipment handing, storage, and shipping to deliver quality products on schedule and budget.
